8. Account Closure and Termination

You may request closure of your nursta account at any time by contacting customer support. Upon closure, any remaining balance will be returned to you following verification procedures, subject to any outstanding wagering requirements or investigations. Closed accounts may be reopened upon request, subject to nursta's approval and a cooling-off period as applicable.

8.2 Termination by nursta

nursta reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or terminate your account at any time for any reason, including but not limited to breach of these Terms and Conditions, suspected fraudulent activity, failure to provide verification documents, or to comply with legal or regulatory requirements.
